Liquid flows from the interior to the exterior of the filter element, while solid contaminants are retained within the filter medium to prevent outward dispersion. The outer surface of the filter stays clean, markedly reducing the risk of secondary contamination during filter replacement. At the same time, it prevents filter cake shedding that could contaminate downstream piping, ensuring consistent filtrate quality.

6-inch large-diameter single-open-end structure

Compared with conventional 4-inch high-flow filters, the effective filtration area per filter cartridge is substantially increased. At the same flow rate, fewer filter elements are needed, and the corresponding filter housings require less floor space—reducing equipment investment and on-site installation space. The single-open-end cap is compatible with standard high-flow filter housings; installation and removal are simple and efficient, decreasing maintenance labor hours.

Integrally thermally fused all-polypropylene (PP) construction, no adhesives

Filter media, support skeleton and end caps are all made of high-purity PP and integrated by thermal fusion welding. No adhesives, resins or other bonding agents are used. There is minimal extractables without chemical binder leaching, eliminating contamination of process fluids.
