I-XLP iyakwenzeka ngokushesha ngaphandle kokubuyisela izinkampani zocingo ophezulu, futhi iyakwenzeka ngokushesha ukuthi isebenza ngokulinganayo futhi kubekhona ukunciphisa ukusetshenziswa kwamandla.

  • Izindawo ezenzela ubunzima obuncane bocingo lokufa: Ubunzima bocingo lokufa bese bekuncane (isibhalo sokugcina isikhathi se-urban pipeline noma ubunzima obuncane bocingo lwamanzi okuhlanjwa).
