BFD series Phospho r High Flow F ilter Cartridge – Technical Features
I. Core Structural & Material Advantages The inner support frame adopts glass fiber reinforced polypropylene, which balances rigidity and chemical stability with significantly improved pressure resistance, enabling adaption to high-pressure filtration environments. An outer wrapped nylon plastic woven mesh forms a mechanical protective layer, enhancing the cartridge’s impact resistance and structural durability to prevent damage to the filter medium. Featuring a deep filtration structure with an internal multi-layer gradient pore distribution, it effectively intercepts impurity particles of different sizes and realizes progressive filtration from coarse filtration to fine filtration.
