As the liquid is fully enclosed in the encapsulated filter cartridge, cleaning of the housing is eliminated, resulting in reduced processing costs. Additionally, the exclusive check valve design offers splash-proof performance, effectively preventing operators from exposure to hazardous materials and fully ensuring a safe and eco-friendly filtration process.

Adopting high-purity polypropylene (PP) filter material with the following advantages:

7-Cartridge capsule filter BAH Series

The 7-cartridge capsule filter features an integrated capsule design. Based on the gradient- wound structure of polypropylene filter media, the filter area is effectively enlarged by increasing the number of winding layers, resulting in a longer service life. The greater filter thickness also provides higher dirt-holding capacity for the BAH series filter cartridges, enabling more stable retention performance during filtration. Through structural optimization and process upgrading, this design integrates expanded filter area, increased dirt-holding capacity and stable filtration precision, delivering technical advantages of both high efficiency and durability.
